Black Bear Auto is a family run business that is professional and all who work there is friendly. They were there for me when dropping off my car, for the first time with with engine problems. They explained what my issues were and what needed to be done to fix my car. They care and are truthful and only do what needs to be done. I won?t go back to the dealer to have my car serviced ever again since I have the option to go to a place where they accommodate any time that?s convenient for me, as well as, are caring that they do a great job, in a timely manner.
