I went out to my car last week and my battery was dead. I had never used Black Bear Auto before, but I called them. They were at my home in 7 minutes, charged my battery so I could drive to the shop. They installed a new battery and I was out within the hour. I went back on Tuesday for an oil change. The staff and owner are probably the most professional and courteous people that I have ever met. AND they have free coffee and soda!!! They are my new auto shop, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.
